House Update

Two weeks until The Man in Red arrives, but alas we will be spending our 4th..yes that's right OUR 4TH Christmas in the shed.

Time has beaten us..we are over the hill now, coasting down easy street, and could possibly be living in The Money Pit by March!

I'm using the Digital Parents Conference as my goal...I want some good news to share with "ma girls".....

I'm happy to present some photos of our tiling, in the bathrooms, kitchen and laundry......I am in love ♥ with our tiles!

We have gloss white bathroom wall tiles with Norwood Borders in colours matching the floor tiles and the bedrooms paint colours, and we have finished off the top of the tiling with some rolled capping.

The kitchen tiles are small, bevelled edge gloss white, and the laundry tiles are bigger gloss vanilla.

Our vanities have been installed and look amazing, even without taps!

The laundry bench and cupboards and sink have been installed as well!

The ensuite bathroom........

The kids bathroom........

The guests bathroom........

My kitchen......

The laundry......

We are seriously now thinking about the shower screens, skylights, toilets, taps, ceiling fans, light switches and power points.

The painter will be on the job for another couple of weeks but we have made so much progress, it's very exciting.

There could possibly be an end to this neverending bad camping trip I am on.....

It is so stylish and nice, I hope that we will be able to make some renovation also, but will not be in 2011 for sure... Congratulations for you!

It's looking mighty fine... for when you do move in though. How lovely that first shower or soak in the tub will be in your new bathroom, all things to look forward to as you spend your 4th Christmas in the shed :o)

Loving watching how it's all coming together now! Bathrooms look great. Am in love with the little bit I can see of your kitchen!

And don't you wish laundry sinks could always stay that shiny?

March is coming up so fast, isn't it? It kind of shocked me today when I remembered it...I had put it out of my mind while I've been so sick. Am nervous. I thought I'd be feeling better by now.

But we will MEET!!!!!!

I truly DO KNOW how excited you are, we've been owner building for 2 yrs now and I'm sure it will be another 2 before we are finished. Living in our half done house which creates more work in many ways.

Planning on doing our verandah over the holidays, although I would have liked to have done part of the roof so we could glad the walls in the three rooms that are not finished and then to do the bathroom etc. I know you know how it goes.

Love your bathroom vanity (guest room) I might got that way yet.
