We have yet more guinea fowl babies.
I've lost count of the number of batches we have had.
I don't want to think about the babies we have lost to those pesky tree snakes!
The kids and The Hubbster helped catch them on the weekend, thanks to our fishing net on a stick and they are safe and sound in our new and improved cage with their two mummies!
We have 17 brand new keets, including 3 white babies, the first ones we have ever had! Look at the difference in the colours!
We are keeping these ones and I'll sell the rest....interested?? :)

So fluffy!!!!!!! I want to chase one around our kitchen!
Oh they are soooo cute. Bugger those bloody snakes.
@ 3xpretty, I could have used you on Sunday when we were trying to catch them :))
@ Miss Mandy, tree snakes eat these for treats...it's so horrible to see...
Awww, they are so super sweet. Love them when they're all cute and fluffy like that... but they don't stay that way for long I guess. Glad to hear this batch will be safe from the snakes, yuck! xo
They're very cute!
Super, super cute - but no sale here!!
:-) xxx
If they could just stay that size...
:-)

Two chickens are enough for us but they are very cute. x
They are so cute when they are little and they grow up to be..cute in their own special way :)
They're gorgeous, but I can't buy any either. I have nowhere to put them and the local cats would polish them off in no time if I kept them outside.
I know, the cats (and snakes) love them here....
Yes, you have me interested, if only you weren't so far away!
I'm branching out into ducks and guines fowl.
They're adorable Michelle! One day I'll have chickens and things foraging around the vegie patch....
Great to meet you at DPCON12. Can't believe it was almost a month ago.
