Our plumber started today. God bless him!
One step closer to ending this never ending bad camping trip we call our Shed.
We've made a plan of things we need to do in the next two weeks. We are really getting this ball rolling now..These include:-
Ring the plasterer and organise a quote for his work...we may get him to put up the interior sheeting as well.
Pay Council for our revised drainage plan.
Select and buy our water tanks.
Select and buy our shower bases, our toilets and our bath! How exciting!
Start adding the noggins (the wood that will support the VJ panelling).
Start putting up the soffits and make room to store the VJ panelling.
Here is the beginning of the plumbing in the kids bathroom. Note the lovely copper pipes and the brass fittings. We are having vertical taps, hot on the top and cold on the bottom.

Yay! Here's to the end of the extended camping trip...!
Excitement, I can feel it building (no pun intended - well may a little one - lol). Great news indeed and some nice work there by the plumber.
Oh when we build our nephew will be a fully qualified plumber (he's absolutely gorgeous too, he'll be a huge success & certainly NOT the kind a husband would want in his house while he's at work, he's so damn handsome, but he's my nephew - husband's side, they're all so good looking) so he'll have the whole family pushing him along to do a fantastic job, quickly!! Meanwhile, we'll still hide in our Army house while the build goes on so we move from house to house, not house to shed to insanity (can you imagine, with teenage girls in a shed in Canberra Winter, i can't either) to our homestead, ahhhh, love Posie
Yaaaay progress!!! If you are in the house for Christmas, it will be a gigantorish jolly celebration!
Yeehaw! Not much longer girly, hang in there.
