A Sunday Explore

We have recently discovered some hidden treasures on our farm.

Yesterday, the kids and I decided to go for a bushwalk and explore.

We walked down the hill and along the track and came to our bottom dam. We have a flying fox across the dam, that I (might) let the kids swing across when they are about..say 50 years old!

The girls and I walked and Mr C (aged 8) rode the quad bike. It was a beautiful, warm winters day...

We walked along the little creek near the dam, and found a waterfall and a peaceful swimming hole.

I can't believe we have this oasis right in our backyard!

The kids loved exploring and having a picnic snack above the water of the dam.

How damn (hee hee) lucky are your kids?
Childhood bliss, me thinks.

Living near the city means we don't have places like this to go to :( So nice!
