Our home is a traditional but modern Queenslander with alot of colour, high ceilings, vj wall panelling and it will have polished timber floors which will look amazing.
I've been collecting country magazines for several years, and I have pages torn and filed away with ideas and inspiration so I can decorate my new home.
I love vintage, and anything pretty. Rustic and timber.
I love soft lines but I adore the unusual, the quirky and of course the country look.
I collect little vintage green handbags, purses and drawstring bags and I can't wait to show these, along with my cosy cushions and throwrugs.
I've selected some images which inspire me. Some are bright and others are in white tones, but they all take my eye in their own way.
I haven't grouped them together in any special way. They are just a mix of what I love to look at, and what makes me feel happy.

Every single image has something that delights me, in particular that bedroom with the blue wall and the hardwood floors and the space. Oh my God! THE SPACE!! I love having a lot of space around me. I've also had folders and folders of clippings from magazines, just waiting for a house to put the ideas into action.

I love the images - we have similar taste! So similar in fact that you have a photo of the master bedroom in my previous home! (My daughter is Anna Williams) Where did you find the photo? In case you are interested, tha wall colour on the VJ walls was Dulux Agapanthus, and the upper wall was 1/4 strength Agapanthus. I also had the same black and white tiles in the bathroom of that home (and have in my current bathroom, I never tired of them) :)
