The carpet guy who shampooed our old house's carpets recommended Oreck!
We have cheap vacuums... they suck. No, wait, they don't suck!! One of them works for about 10 minutes and then stops. I have to let it cool for about 30 minutes before it will work again! The other cheap-o that I have lost some wheels that regulate the height. It digs into the carpet. Not so great.

haha sorry but hey must be that time mine blew up last week sometime and it was no dyson some other crap! :-(

Guess it's time for a new one here, as well!
RIP old vacuums!
Even Dyson's have a limit!!! I sent mine back for repair when it stopped working. Cost about $80 and about three weeks and was better than ever!
