Today....

Today I am 97 days alcohol free.

Today I remembered my little beagle Girlie who left us 1 year ago today. Hopefully she is chewing her way through lots of shoes with her sister Toto...

Today I took the kids along to see the new movie How to Train Your Dragon. Miss D tipped half her popcorn onto the floor and I remembered how much I love dragons and the fantasy world. Look out for an upcoming post about one of my favourite movies called Dragonworld.....

Today Miss D (aged 9) asked me to tell her the truth about the Easter Bunny....I did, and I'm sad about it. She does, however still believe in Santa Claus, or so she says....

Today I discovered this most amazing artist - Yiruma. This piece almost makes me cry....

Congrats on 97! I got an Easter basket from my mom until I moved to England. A year ago. It'll always be a fun holiday! I introduced the concept of Easter basket to my finance's family and now I do it with them.

That is so good for you, 97 days. My last drink was April 10, 1992, and it's been one day at a time ever since then. It's worth it.
I'm very happy for you and your family.

Happy 97 days!!
Oh I so can't wait to see that Movie, it looks so cute and I just KNOW that Thomas is going to love it! But not sure he is old enough to take to the movies to see it.

And that is awful sad about the truth about the Easter Bunny!

How was the movie? I was thinking about taking my older girls (8 and 6) but thought it may be too scary for my younger two (4 and 2)

Congrats on your 97 days! Woot woot!
That movie is on my must see list, just don't know if my kiddos can handle that much 3D!

Congratulations from here also. How was the movie?

'Salina knows that the bunny theory is gone to ground and has her concerns about Santa's role, but being the oldest cousin knows how to play her cards.

Wow, 97 days is a huge achievement, congratulations!

We were told by our eldest this year that he no longer believes in the Easter Bunny, but he does believe in the Chocolate Easter Bunny. Wow, talk about hedging your bets!

I have enjoyed finding your blog so much that I have given you an award on mine, it is one you already have, I see, but one I think you deserve again.

Today sounds like a lovely day for you... :)

I am sad that the Easter Bunny myth had to busted... It marks a close to a certain ideal.

Well done on 97 alcohol free days!

I wish I could take Amy to the pictures more often but we live too far away from the nearest one and I can't drive for a while. Well done on the 97 days!

Hi, my first visit to your blog (came from Kakka's). What an amazing artist Yiruma is. And my 3.5yr old will be heartbroken to discover there really is no "silly careless bunny" who drops chocolate eggs that roll away and hide that she then has the good fortune to find...

Congrats on your sobriety, that is a major feat.
