I'm off on holidays for 10 days. I'm going somewhere cold. I'm an idiot.

I have my moden usb that I had planned to use in my laptop, so I could keep abreast of all the internet developments. It's foolproof. But it doesn't work.

So I may be MIA for a while...I promise to get back to you....hoping to share my new project with you soon.

Opps One Gone

Oh I lost a follower. Boo hoo. I don't know who it was and I can't be bothered finding out because YOU are still here.

I wonder what happened? Was I not interesting enough, am I boring?

I think it may have something to do with the fact I have been a bit quiet on the blogging scene recently and I haven't been sharing my comment love around....and I apologise for that.

You see, I am working on something, a "thing" that has come up and is taking my time, thoughts and strength. I can't really share any more than that just yet, but when I do, you will understand....

Please be patient with me, don't leave me, and I will get to you as soon as I can. I love you.

Again, does blueberry strudel cause insomnia? Because if it does I'm laying off the stuff.

I was awake until after midnight last night. I just couldn't sleep although I was so tired.

But hang on, maybe my lack of slumber had something to do with the freight train (snoring Hubbster) next to me.

Or even Miss T (aged 5) who woke up every half an hour asking me to fix her blankets.

And they still expect me to wake up early and cook them breakfast?

It's C O L D outside

Winter has arrived in fine form. It was F R E E Z I N G today. And living in a shed only makes me feel colder. We have a warm wood fire which I would die without..but nothing beats the feeling of actually living in a house. Which we hope to get to before the kids leave home.

Actually we are travelling down south in a couple of weeks to visit family and God only knows why we picked the middle of winter to go, as it's icy cold down there and I don't think we have enough winter clothes to go around.

I've been busy with a new (ish) project which I shall be bringing to you shortly..as you can see by the little teaser on the right. Stay tuned...

Farewell Miss Ellie

Recently I read about the sad passing of Miss Ellie the winner of the World's Ugliest Dog Competition. She was 17.



I'm sure you will agree with me that, actually Miss Ellie was very beautiful...in her own way. RIP.
